Conference Activity Policy
If you would like to hold a reception or other event during the Conference, please keep in mind that these events cannot conflict with any scheduled Conference activity. Also, if your event will take place at The Hermitage, CFA can help you easily secure space. Please contact CFA at 212-792-9397 in advance of making any arrangements.
Hotel Reservation Details
The Hermitage Hotel is the official Conference hotel. Please call 888-888-9414 to receive the discounted Conference rate of $3299 + tax per night. Registrants are required to make their own hotel reservations. The deadline to make your hotel reservation at this rate is April 25, 2016; however, you are urged to make them as soon as possible.
Cancellations and Refunds
All cancellations must be received in writing by May 6, 2016, and will be subjected to a 20% administrative fee. Refunds are not offered after May 6, 2016.
The deadline for being listed in the Official Directory of Registrants is May 6, 2016. After this date, all registrations, changes, or replacements must be processed onsite at the CFA Registration Desk on-site. Walk-ins and replacements are always welcome.
A list of registered attendees will be emailed to all who are registered on or around May 13, 2016. The list is intended to enhance attendees’ networking opportunities and is not to be used for mailing purposes.

Continuing Eduction Credits
CPAs: Number of CPE credits available is based on the sessions attended. There is no advance preparation required for this group-live offering. Commercial Finance Association is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA), as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors.
State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit.
