The Advanced Legal Issues Workshop is designed specifically for the non-attorney. Over the course of two days, leading lawyers in the ABL industry will take you through the legal process of ABL deals, how to protect yourself and mitigate risk, and what you need to know about getting out of a bad deal. In the end, you will learn about legal principles that affect your current job, and be prepared for any legal question that comes your way.

Who Should Attend?

Program Level: Advanced

Senior managers, account managers, loan officers, new business staff, credit officers and others with a minimum of five years of asset-based lending experience.

Refund / Cancellation Policy

We recognize that plans can change due to business priorities, and we will work with you to find another workshop date that better suits your schedule. In order to receive a refund, you must submit written notification no less than five business days prior to the program start date.
