Mr. Campbell is a seasoned finance professional with over 30 years of experience in the financial/banking and consulting arena. His comprehensive base of experience has included ABL Lending, interim financial management in business operations, and business development. This resulted from roles at Wells Fargo Capital Finance (which previously included roles at Wachovia Capital Markets and Congress Financial), Buccino and Associates and GE Capital. His responsibilities have included structuring and negotiating senior debt and mezzanine debt in transactions associated with acquisitions, recapitalizations or working capital expansion in the food distribution, media, technology, manufacturing, distribution, telecommunications and service industries. He has focused on financial and business strategy analysis, underwriting, negotiating and closing simple and complex financial transactions. Prior to entering the financial world, he spent 5 years with the defense contractor – General Dynamics in M&A transaction review and capital acquisitions roles.
Mr. Campbell holds an MBA degree from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a BS degree from the United States Merchant Marine Academy. He is also a senior military officer – Commander, U.S. Navy (retired).
Mr. Campbell’s MBA thesis (“Taxation and the Multinational Enterprise”) was the basis for the chapter - International Tax Management in the textbook Multinational Financial Management (Allyn and Bacon 1982), written by Alan C. Shapiro, his Wharton School professor.
