Mr. Bobrow has been with Wells Fargo since 2004. Prior to that, he was a Managing Director at Banc of America Securities, where over an 18 year career his assignments included team leader for middle market leveraged finance, head of European loan syndication, and syndicate manager for asset-based lending. Mr. Bobrow is a member of the Executive Committee of the Commercial Finance Association, and a past member of the Board of Directors of the Loan Syndication and Trading Association (LSTA). Mr. Bobrow holds an MBA and a BA in Economics, both from the University of Michigan.
In ABL London, Martin's team are responsible for the origination and execution of all Asset Backed Lending and Invoice Finance facilities where their clients have over £30m of Total Credit Exposure with Natwest. They also lead our sponsor-backed, Back to Back and Syndicated facilities.
Martin has over 20+ years of Structured Finance experience, covering multiple roles from originating & structuring Term Asset Backed Securitisations, Portfolio Managing Conduit Securitisations, Supply Chain Finance transactions and Commodity Finance backed transactions.NICK LITTLEFORD: Nick has spent the last 20+ years in the Receivables / ABL industry mainly with Barclays and has been responsible for structuring and delivering a number of high profile receivables / ABL transaction over that period within the Large Corporate marketplace across a variety of different industries.
Martin started his career in the Royal Air Force, where upon commissioning as an officer he underwent pilot training. After four and a half years, he left through redundancy along with 250 fellow trainee pilots following the Government Strategic Defence and Security Review in Sep-12.
He joined the corporate RBS Asset-Based Lending team in Oct-12 as an Assistant Business Development Director and after one-year was transitioned onto a bespoke 15-month rotation within the ABL team which included time in Relationship Management, Audit & Survey and finally Credit. During this period he was nominated as ABFA’s (now UK Finance) Top Student 2014 across three separate categories, winning both the Financial Understanding and Leadership Development Week awards. Following promotion to Director in May-15, Martin was responsible for all large corporate transactions across the South.
In Mar-18, following a return from a 6-month sabbatical where he spent 4-months in Asia and 2-months in Central America, Martin sought a fresh challenge and joined Lloyds Asset-Based Lending team as a Director covering the London & South-East patch, specialising in complex transactions focusing on ABL, Back-to-Back, Private Equity, Debt Funds and Cross-Border.
RICARDO MARTIS: Ricardo has spent 20+ years in the ABL industry at (ao) Fortis and ABN AMRO, responsible for the origination and leading the execution of 100+ ABL deals/transactions/structures (in the) for Large Corporates (segment) throughout Europe since 2009. On a regular basis involved by other originators throughout ABN for advise in leading more complex structures.
