Mrs. Bennett-Coles is responsible for overseeing marketing for FGI’s UK and greater European operations, generating deal flow, and sustaining relationships with clients and industry professionals.
Mrs. Bennett-Coles brings over 13 years of experience in the commercial finance and asset-based-lending industries and over thirty years in management and entrepreneurship. She has been featured in numerous trade publications such as The Secured Lender, TRF News, Global Trade Review, and the ABF Journal. Frequently, she speaks at leading industry events.
Prior to joining FGI, Mrs. Bennett-Coles served as Managing Director at Atlantic Risk Management Services, where she managed numerous projects—from workout to due diligence in the United Kingdom, mainland Europe, and the Far East. Previously, Mrs. Bennett-Coles was Founder and Director of NB Resources Limited; served as Director and Company Secretary for LCS Services Limited; and worked as an Assistant Solicitor at Stitt & Co., where she qualified as a Solicitor in 1990.
Mrs. Bennett-Coles holds an LL.B. (Hons) from the University of Essex and is a member of several organizations, including the Ancient City of London Guild, The Worshipful Company of Loriners, and The Law Society.
Kevin spent 12 years in retail and commercial banking and asset finance before moving into the asset based lending market in 1998 since when he has worked in origination, structuring, portfolio management and leadership roles. He has spent time with GE Capital, ABN Amro and RBS but recently moved from the banking sector and into the asset management space with M&G Investments.
Neil has 22 years’ experience in the UK Asset Based Lending (ABL) market, having held key roles in risk, structuring, capital markets, business development and due diligence. He has headed the Underwriting team at Wells Fargo Capital Finance since 2016, after 5 years as an executive director at GE Capital where he was responsible for structuring and executing UK, US and European Trade Receivables, ABL and Equipment Finance facilities. Prior to GE Capital, Neil was Head of ABL Structuring and Syndication at Lloyds TSB Commercial Finance, following roles as a Regional Manager and head of audit. Neil graduated from the University of Bristol with an honours degree in Physics.
Mr. Corfield serves White Oak ABL as a Managing Director, with primary responsibility for originating and structuring complex Asset Based Lending transactions in the UK and Europe. Mr. Corfield is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales and a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner with over 25 years’ advisory and workout experience. He has previously served as a Director, KPMG LLP; Partner at Grant Thornton UK LLP; Managing Director, Duff & Phelps Limited; and Head of Corporate Finance, CBRE Hotels EMEA.
Louise works primarily with mid-cap European sponsors, advising on funding for acquisitions, recaps and refinancings. Louise joined Deloitte in 2017, having spent the previous 8 years at KPMG. Louise started off her career in the midst of the financial crisis, implementing CVAs and restructuring a number of high street retailers. Since then she has worked with both private, public and sponsor-backed companies, advising on a range of asset-based solutions for clients, ranging from plant hire to radiators, recruitment, oil & gas services and suppliers into big European supermarkets.
